If an ebook is labelled "unlimited access" in our library catalog or on Follett Shelf this means any number of people can open it up, download it, and read it it at the same time.  The library has purchased a number of these titles to allow small groups and classes to read and discuss literature (book clubs) or seek answers (reference).

Also note that the eBooks located in our EBSCO eBook Collection (over 8000) and Gale Virtual Reference Library are all unlimited access.
